1 twin bedroom, a shower room with washbasin and WC and a master double bedroom with terrace (with steps leading down to the garden) and en-suite bathroom with bath, WC and washbasin.

Second Floor
1 step to the left or right takes you into each bedroom with a Queen-size bed.

Parking
There is parking at the property for two cars.

Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (mixture of feather and synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time:   From 16:00pm
Departure Time:    By 10:00am

Accessibility

ACCESS: 68 Church Street is entered via a small paved parking area (with space for 2 cars) with 1 step in through the front door. To the right is a dining area and to the left is the ‘snug’ lounge with settees and open fire. Back through the dining room takes you into the open plan kitchen and living room. This follows through to the utility area and ‘wet room’. There is access out of the living area through a back door onto the parking area. There are also double doors and one step down leading out on to the patio and garden area.

FIRST FLOOR:  11 steep, narrow steps take you up to the first floor with a twin bedroom and shower room  1 step up takes you into the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom with 1 step down and swing doors.  From the master bedroom there are also french doors that open onto a terrace area with one step down.

SECOND FLOOR: From the first floor there are 9 steep, narrow stairs that take you up to the second floor. 1 step to your right takes you in to a double bedroom and 1 step to the left takes you into the other double bedroom. Both of these bedrooms have roof top and distant sea views.

OUTSIDE ACCESS: There is a balustrade but care must be taken with children. From this terraced area there are 12 steps down to the slate patio and garden below.
The garden to the rear is walled and enclosed. There is a slate patio with garden furniture and 3 steps take you up to the lawn area.
