Snug room with open fire, TV and DVD player, open plan kitchen/diner/living room with an electric oven with gas hob and standard size fridge and a TV in the living area, there are also patio doors out to garden, utility room with standard sized freezer and a shower room with WC, washbasin and heated towel rail.

First Floor
1 bunk bedroom, 2 kingsize bedrooms, 1 with en-suite shower room, WC and washbasin and a family bathroom with bath with shower above, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail.

There is parking at to the rear of the property for two cars.

Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time:   From 16:00pm
Departure Time:    By 10:00am

Babies & Children
There is a high chair and a travel cot (linen not provided).

There is central heating throughout and an open fire in the living room (please bring your own logs).

ACCESS: From Glynn Road there is 1 tiny step up through the gate into the front garden with a further 3 steps up inside the front door.

GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor is the hallway, lounge/snug room, open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge, utility room and shower room with WC, basin & heated towel rail. From the lounge area there are patio doors leading out down 1 step to the rear garden.

FIRST FLOOR: 14 steps upstairs to a bathroom with bath/shower above, WC, heated towel rail & basin, the master double bedroom with en-suite shower, WC & basin, 1 twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom.

OUTSIDE: The garden is flat with a patio & lawn and there is a storage shed at the back plus a gate which leads to the parking area.
