Breakfast in the courtyard garden before taking the short walk to Mawgan Porth’s sand. Return to comfy sofas and close your eyes for a well-earned rest. Prep fresh seafood in the modern, sleek kitchen or head to Jamie Oliver’s nearby Fifteen restaurant to dine out with the sea lapping beneath you. Holiday on the coast? Pukka.
Inside
Enter into the hallway, and from here there is an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a double bedroom with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC. The lounge has a 40″ Smart TV and DVD player and in the kitchen is an electric oven and hob and a standard size fridge and separate standard size freezer.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (5ft bed) with a 32″ TV and an en-suite shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)
Outside
Private outside patio with table and chairs and a communal garden.
Parking
There is an allocated parking space.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
There is a travel cot (please bring your own linen) and a booster highchair in the property.

Accessibility
ACCESS: From the parking area, there is a small slope or one step up to the door with an entry panel to the right of the door.
INSIDE: Once inside, the apartment is all on one level but there is one step over the door from the lounge area to the patio area and from the patio area is one step down through the gate to the main road.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: Outside the flat, by the parking area there is a communal garden. There is also visitor parking but spaces/availability is not guaranteed. The apartment has a private decked garden from the lounge patio doors.
