Ground Floor
2 super king double bedrooms, 1 with en-suite. 1 family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1: A super king size double bed (6ft) with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC. Beds can be made into singles, please request at the time of booking.
Bedroom 2: A super king size double bed (6ft). Beds can be made into singles, please request at the time of booking.
First Floor
Open plan lounge, kitchen and diner and WC.
Lounge with 56″ SMART TV, Samsung soundbar and patio doors out to the balcony. Kitchen with electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, and a separate wine fridge.
Outside
There is a ground floor patio area from the first bedroom with sun loungers.
From the lounge, there is a first floor balcony with two comfortable chairs and drinks table, views over to the bay.
Parking
There are two allocated parking spaces outside the property.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (the linen and bedding is organic cotton and anti-allergenic).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

There is underfloor heating throughout.
