Inside
A kitchen/living/dining room with an electric oven and hob and a standard size fridge with an ice box in the kitchen and a SMART TV in the lounge. There is also one double bedroom with an en-suite shower, washbasin and WC, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4ft 6” bed) with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)
Outside
There is a balcony off the dining area with stunning sea views.
Parking
There is an allocated parking space.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 17:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

Accessibility
ACCESS: From Ruthy’s Lane, there are 2 steps up and over the doorway into a small hall. Leading off the hall is a double bedroom to the right and then up one step to the left is the family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC. Continuing on from here you will find the kitchen and one step up to the lounge.
FIRST FLOOR: 9 steps up to the first floor then 1 large step on the left leading to the twin bedroom and 2 steps to the right leading to the double bedroom. Please take care on the stairs as they are quite steep.
OUTSIDE: There is a back door leading to a small courtyard with one step up and over.
