A former fisherman’s net loft now converted into a two-bed cottage, Bark House is packed with charming features including slate floors and exposed beams. Originally used for drying fishing nets, this inviting bolthole nestles in a pretty side street at the heart of Port Isaac.
Step outside and in moments you’ll be on the quay. Listen to fisherman banter as they haul in their catch. Explore nearby opes and alleyways to find unique independent shops and studios. Tuck into fish fresh off the boats in the local restaurants (including Nathan Outlaw’s place) or buy some to take home. Cornish life encapsulated.
Ground Floor
An open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with an electric oven and hob and a fridge with a small freezer compartment in the kitchen, and a TV and DVD player in the lounge.
First Floor
1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with a 4ft bed and a family bathroom with a shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4ft 6” bed)

Parking
The property does not have any parking.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (mix of feather and synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

Heating
The property is heated throughout via night storage heaters. There is also an electric fire in the living room.

Accessibility
ACCESS: Access to the property is gained via the street and one step over through the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: From the front door there is an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area.
FIRST FLOOR: 12 steps then take you up to the first floor with one double bedroom and one small double bedroom. There is also a bathroom with large shower, wc and basin.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: One step back through the front door will take you back out on too Dolphin street.
