Got the kids, grandparents and dog in tow? Taking a trip as a large group? Boslowen is your kind of holiday home. Whether you’re heading out to the nearby beach or settling for a breather on the patio while the kids run wild on the large lawn, Boslowen is the perfect base for your Cornish holiday.
Spacious and homely this property welcomes you the moment you step in the door. The separate annexe is perfect for the grandparents or teenagers who enjoy a space of their own whilst still only being a few steps away from the main house.
Ground Floor
A kitchen/dining room with an electric cooker with a gas hob, a fridge/freezer (2/3 fridge / 1/3 freezer) and a wood burner by the dining area. A snug area with sofa, TV with SKY TV and a DVD player as well as a large selection of DVD’s, there is underfloor heating in the snug.
There are also 3 bedrooms, 1 single, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom and a family shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A twin bedroom (2 x 3ft beds)
Bedroom 2: A double bedroom (5ft bed) Bed can be made into singles, please request at time of booking.
Bedroom 3: A single bedroom (3ft bed)
First Floor
Large lounge with distant sea views, 50″ flat screen TV with SKY TV, doors from the lounge lead onto a balcony with countryside and distant sea views, there is a also a double bedroom with en-suite.
Bedroom 4: A super king bedroom (6ft bed) with en-suite bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
Outside
There is a large enclosed lawned garden with large patio area which is partially covered, with a large table and chairs under the covered patio area, there is also a wicker seating area overlooking the lawn,
Separate lawned area to the side of the property joining decking outside the front door to the annexe, this is not enclosed.
In part of the house accessed via a separate door to the rear covered terrace there is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes airer and sink.
At the front of the house just off the parking area is an outside heated shower.
Parking
The property benefits from ample parking for several cars directly outside the house. There is a tethered EV charger available at an additional charge.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

Heating
The property has gas central heating throughout and a log burner in the dining area. There is underfloor heating in the snug.
The Boffy has electric heating.

WIFI & Broadband is available.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this.
The Boffy
Sleeps 2 at an additional charge.
The Boffy is an annexe in a separate building across the driveway from the main house and has an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area with a TV with SKY TV, an electric cooker and hob and a fridge with freezer compartment, and a super kingsize bedroom (6FT) with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC
When making a booking, please select The Boffy option to add this on when confirming.
Please note that if you do not book the annexe, this will not be let to anyone else, it will just be locked.
There will not be an additional charge from 4th July - 5th September 2026, and The Boffy will be included in the price.

Accessibility
ACCESS: Access is gained from the driveway outside the property all on one level, then from the side garden there are 2 steps up to the front door and into the porch area and then another step into the house.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside the property there is an open-plan kitchen / diner / snug, all on one level. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on this floor all with a small step into each. The 3 bedrooms comprise of 1 twin room 3ft beds, 1 5ft double and 1 single 3ft bed.
Main bathroom comprises of a shower, WC and washbasin.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 Steps up to the first floor where there is a large open lounge with 1 step onto the balcony, care to be taken with children on the balcony – gap under the metal railings. 1 Super king bedroom 6ft, en-suite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC and washbasin, all on one level.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the kitchen/dining room there is a small step leading from the back door to the patio and garden. There are 2 steps from the patio area to the garden area.
ANNEXE: From the parking area, access is along the decking and then up and over the french doors step into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is all on one level, 1 step down takes you to the super kingsize bedroom 6FT, again on one level, with an en-suite shower, washbasin and WC.
