Bumblebee Cottage is a beautiful cottage situated in New Street, just a short stroll from the Harbour and a perfect base for your Cornwall holiday.
The accommodation has some gorgeous features including a lovely kitchen/diner, a cosy sitting room with exposed Cornish stone and two light filled attic bedrooms with original beams. The décor is tastefully presented, and the house retains a lovely cosy cottage feel, perfect for every season. To the back of the cottage is a lovely raised suntrap courtyard, ideal for sitting back with a good book and a glass of wine.
Ground Floor
Kitchen with an electric oven and hob, a fridge with freezer compartment (2/3 fridge, 1/3 freezer), dishwasher and washing machine. There is a living room with flat screen Television and DVD player. There is also a small cloakroom with toilet and wash basin.
First Floor
2 double bedrooms, both with en-suites with an overhead shower, WC and washbasin & shaver socket.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4ft 6″ bed) with Smart TV.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds) with Smart TV.
Outside
The outside patio space is positioned on 3 levels with a seating area. The garden is enclosed.
Parking
The property does not have any parking, at an additional cost a pass can be obtained from one of the Council Car Parks, please find the link here.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

Accessibility
ACCESS: Access to the property is from the street path, with 1 step over the front door into the property.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside the ground floor, the lounge/kitchen/dining area is all on one level. There is a small cloakroom with toilet and wash basin off the lounge. There is a door leading out from the kitchen to the garden area.
FIRST FLOOR: 12 stairs take you to the first floor with its 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: 1 step takes you from the kitchen out into the garden area. The outside space is on 3 levels, with 5 steps taking you up from the first level to the second whereby there is a seating area, and then there are 2 additional steps taking you to a higher level.
