The accommodation has some gorgeous features including a lovely kitchen/diner, a cosy sitting room with exposed Cornish stone and two light filled attic bedrooms with original beams. The décor is tastefully presented, and the house retains a lovely cosy cottage feel, perfect for every season. To the back of the cottage is a lovely raised suntrap courtyard, ideal for sitting back with a good book and a glass of wine.Accessibility
ACCESS: Access to the property is from the street path, with 1 step over the front door into the property.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside the ground floor, the lounge/kitchen/dining area is all on one level. There is a small cloakroom with toilet and wash basin off the lounge. There is a door leading out from the kitchen to the garden area.
FIRST FLOOR: 12 stairs take you to the first floor with its 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: 1 step takes you from the kitchen out into the garden area. The outside space is on 3 levels, with 5 steps taking you up from the first level to the second whereby there is a seating area, and then there are 2 additional steps taking you to a higher level.
