Tucked down the end of a country lane in the quaint village of Lower Halwyn, this property’s reverse living set up means you can make the most of its rolling estuary views from dawn until sundown. Bright, spacious open plan living combines with an attention to detail and style that is sure to impress, feeling welcoming and premium at the same time.

Ground Floor
The ground floor is the main sleeping area with a kingsize double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and the family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A kingsize double bedroom (5ft bed) with an en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC and access to the patio area and garden.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)
First Floor
An open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room, the lounge has a 43″ Smart TV with wood-burner, kitchen with an electric oven with gas hob and a standard size fridge and freezer and a double room with en-suite WC.
Bedroom 3: A double bedroom (4ft 6” beds) with an en-suite WC and washbasin.
Outside
Garden area and patio with table and chairs and two sun loungers.
Parking
There is parking next to the property.
A Rolec EVO 7kw non-tethered Electric Vehicle charger is available for guests to use at an extra charge.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 15:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

GROUND FLOOR: once inside it is all on one level with a twin bedroom, a family bathroom with a bath with a shower above, WC and washbasin and a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC. From the double there is 1 step down through the French doors onto the enclosed garden/patio.
FIRST FLOOR: 12 stairs take you up to the first floor with its open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with a wood burner and a Juliet balcony, also on this floor is a double bedroom with en-suite WC.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the double bedroom there is 1 step down through the French doors onto the enclosed garden/patio.
