‘Cowries’ is made for walkers, wave-hunters, golf players and family beachside holidays. Ideally placed at the top of Padstow Town and just a mile from Trevone Beach, Cowries makes reaching the best bits of North Cornwall easy. With a quiet, rural location, enclosed patio garden, onsite parking and newly refurbished, contemporary interiors, coming home at the end of the day is an attractive option. This beautifully presented cottage will make your holiday easy, practical and extremely comfortable while you explore and enjoy the local area.
Ground Floor
Open plan lounge with a TV with DVD incorporated and an electric woodburner, a kitchen and diner with an electric oven with a gas hob, there is also a separate cloakroom with washbasin and WC. There is a sofa bed for guests use, you must provide your own linen.
First Floor
Two double bedrooms, with en-suites, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with en-suite bath, overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC.
Outside
Patio with table and chairs.
Front patio with table and chairs.
Parking
Allocated parking for up to 2 cars.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

Accessibility
ACCESS: The entrance to the property is through a side gate with 3 steps down into the courtyard, from here there is then 1 step up and into the property.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside, on the ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge and a separate WC.
FIRST FLOOR: Back inside, there are 14 steps to the first floor with a double bedroom with en-suite shower with WC and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath with shower above, WC and washbasin.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the lounge area, there is 1 step down through the French doors into an outside enclosed area with garden furniture.
There are also 2 parking spaces numbered 11.
