Lounge/Kitchen/Dining room with a 58″ Smart TV and DVD player in the lounge and an electric oven & hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer and standard size fridge and freezer in the kitchen.

1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a wet room/bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC

Parking for one car.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 15:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

OUTSIDE: From the parking space, there are 7 steps up to the house to the path, a further 4 steps up and then 1 step over the back door to the inside or from the main road, there is a pathway from the pavement and through the gate and 4 steps up and 1 step over the door. To the side of the property is an alley way with 1 step up through the gate and a small ledge down to the back garden.
GROUND FLOOR: There is a kitchen and living room/diner all on one level. One step over the kitchen door to the garden.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 steps take you upstairs to 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom (kingsize 5ft) and a bathroom with shower, basin and WC.
