Located within the heart of Padstow with distant estuary views, the Daymer apartment is an elegant property whereby the wonders of Cornwall can really be explored. With the glorious harbour and fabulous restaurants literally on your door step, Daymer is a newly renovated and tastefully decorated apartment with beautiful wooden beams throughout, giving it that Cornish character. Tuck into a traditional pasty, take a quick ferry journey over to the must see beaches and village of Rock or spend the day walking Cornwall’s breathtaking coastline. The choice is always endless when you stay at Daymer.

Open plan kitchen/diner/living area comprising electric oven , induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer and Nespresso coffee machine (starter selection of Pods supplied). There is also a 43inch smart- view T V, Bluetooth speaker and seating for 4 . Also, on this  level are the king-sized bedroom , the double bedroom and the bathroom,

The property does not have any parking, at an additional cost a pass can be obtained from one of the Council Car Parks, please find the link here.

Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (anti-allergenic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time:   From 16:00pm
Departure Time:    By 10:00am

Accessibility

ACCESS: There are three steps up to the front door of the apartment and one step into the building.

THE APARTMENT: Daymer is on the second floor.  There are 13 steps up to the first apartments then a further 13 up to Daymer. Inside, the apartment is all one level with one double room and a kingsize bedroom. There is a shower room with WC and basin. There is also an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge.

OUTSIDE: There is an outdoor communal area which is shared by all apartments which has a slate floor and outdoor seating.
