This uplifting ground floor apartment is all set for exploring the countryside and Padstow Town. Its comfortable décor and furnishings offer a welcome antidote to a day out there being active, while its large shed and outdoor tap mean muddy bikes and sandy wetsuits can be taken care of too. Not to mention the fact that with the property comes use of the owner’s slipway on the river during the summer months. Just wander down across the lawn and find yourself on the riverbank. Wonderful.

Patio doors leading out from the lounge onto a patio area with table and chairs.
Large outside shed for storage of bicycles, sailing equipment etc, outside tap for washing down wetsuits.

There is parking at the property.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Access details will be sent to you before your arrival.

Accessibility
ACCESS: Access to the property is gained from the parking area a short walk uphill to a path which leads up the path to one step and front door threshold
INSIDE: The apartment is all on one level comprising of an open plan kitchen/diner, lounge area. The en-suite bedroom is accessed from the lounge area. En-suite comprising of wc, hand basin, one step up and down into shower.
OUTSIDE: Access to the outside is via patio doors in lounge area over door threshold and down one step to patio area then to grassed area.
