Pull open the sash windows to breathe in that fresh sea air and watch the boats bob on the water as you sip your glass of wine. Sat above a shop in the heart of the old town overlooking the harbour, you could not be more in the throes of town life. Dew brings a modern, contemporary feel to the old harbour town.
Take in some of the famous restaurants around the town for dinner, pop into one of the cafes for an afternoon cream tea or just step a few doors down for a cooling ice cream. All you could want for in a Cornish holiday is at your fingertips when you holiday at Dew.
Inside
A first floor apartment with an open plan kitchen / lounge / diner with views overlooking the harbour.
Lounge with 2 seater sofa and 2 armchairs, flat screen TV, Playstation 3, radio.
Kitchen with under counter fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven and hob, washer / dryer, dishwasher.
Dining area with table and seating for 4.
Bedroom 1 : Double bed (4.6ft) with built in wardrobes and en-suite shower, wash basin and WC.
Bedroom 2 : Double bed (4.6ft) with built in wardrobes and en-suite shower, wash basin and WC.
Outside
There is no outside space at Dew but the harbour is just across the road.
Parking
The property does not have any parking, at an additional cost a pass can be obtained from one of the Council Car Parks, please find the link here.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

Heating
The apartment is heated via electric radiators in each room.

ACCESS: As you approach the front door from the street there are 2 steps up onto the porch way between the two shops. Through the second front door and up 18 steps to the first floor. Dew is all on one level once in the apartment.
