ACCESS: Access is gained from the front of the property there is parking for 2-3 cars and then 2 steps up and 1 over into the entrance hall.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside, the main entrance hall, kitchen and lounge/diner are all on one level.
From the entrance hall there are 2 steps down into the utility room with a washer/dryer and a separate WC with washbasin.
From the lounge there is a patio door with one step up and over doorway onto this, on here is a patio table and 6 chairs.
There is also a separate door with one step over and then 10 steps down to the lawned, enclosed garden.
FIRST FLOOR: 15 stairs from the entrance hall, will take you to the first floor with 2 twin bedrooms, both with sea views, a double bedroom with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC and a family bathroom with bath, separate shower, washbasin and WC.
SECOND FLOOR: Another 14 stairs will take you to the second floor with a master double bedroom with stunning sea views and a bathroom with a bath with overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the lounge there is a separate door with one step over and then 10 steps down to the lawned, enclosed garden.
