Ground Floor:Entrance hall leading to the kitchen with an electric range oven with gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and built in fridge/freezer (2/3 fridge, 1/3 freezer). An open-plan lounge/dining room with TV and DVD player.
First Floor:Two twin bedrooms, both with sea views, a double bedroom with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC and a family bathroom with a bath, separate shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)

Bedroom 3: A double bedroom (4ft 6″ bed) with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC.
