Tucked away in a quiet corner of Sarahs View is the beautifully picturesque property Elm Bank. With gorgeous views over the lush countryside, this property is a home away from home whereby you can sit back, relax and plan the holiday ahead.
Take a fifteen minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants in Padstow, or a ten minute drive to the first of the Seven Bays – this property is the ideal base to enable you to explore to your hearts desire. Park the car and nip backwards and forwards from the Harbour to home. Walk to the ferry and dine in Rock or buy local delicacies to eat in the garden – Padstow is your oyster. Elm Bank is a comfortable spot to make your holiday haven.
Ground Floor
Open plan kitchen / lounge / dining area with an electric oven and hob, separate fridge & freezer & dishwasher. There is a 43″ TV in the lounge.
First Floor
1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4.6ft beds)
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)
Outside
South facing patio & gravel garden with seating bench.
There is direct access from the main road into Sarah’s View to the front door of Elm Bank, for easy flat access into the property.
There is a lockable bike/surf/storage shed in the garden.
Parking
There is an allocated parking space with this property.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 15:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

Accessibility
ACCESS: Access is gained from the main street, there is 1 small step down along the path leading to the property. There is 1 step over the threshold into the house.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside the ground floor with its lounge/kitchen/dining area is all on one level with 3 steps from the back door onto the patio area.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 stairs take you to the first floor with its double bedroom, twin bedroom and a family bathroom.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: Back downstairs, from the kitchen area there is 3 steps to the patio area and then an additional 4 steps down to the lower gravel area. There is a side gate providing access to the garden from the front of the property.
