Waking up as the sun streams into your bedroom, taking coffee out on the lawn and admiring the view. Days that start the Estuary View way just feel all round better.

Whether you’re taking the short walk into town to explore Padstow’s bustling harbour front, or bounding back from a day at the beach to shower off in the outdoor hot and cold shower, this holiday home is all set up for Cornish living. Think quality furnishings, plenty of outdoor space and all the creature comforts you could need. Ideal.

Lounge with TV and DVD player and French doors leading out to the garden, kitchen/diner with an electric oven with gas hob, a standard size fridge and separate freezer, a master bedroom with kingsize bed, a family bathroom with a bath with a shower above, WC and washbasin, 2 twin bedrooms and a separate shower room with shower, WC and washbasin.

Outside
Patio and garden (set on different levels so please take care of small children).

There is ample parking at the property.

Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time:   From 15:00pm
Departure Time:    By 10:00am

Babies & Children
If you need to hire any equipment either for the beach or your holiday home, or would like a babysitter please click here for details of who you can contact.
Please take care with young children in the garden as it is on split levels.

Accessibility

ACCESS: You reach Estuary View via a gently sloping drive way with ample parking.

INSIDE: 4 steps and 1 step over the door frame take you into the property. There is an open plan kitchen/diner, lounge with french doors leading 1 step down to a patio and garden area, separate shower room with basin & WC, two twin bedrooms, master bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom with bath with shower above, WC & basin.

OUTSIDE: From the hallway there is also access onto the patio and garden via 1 step down out a back door. The patio area has table and chairs with 8 steps up onto the lawned area. There is a raised and sloping area in the garden so care must be taken with children.  From the patio there is a path that takes you round the back of the property to the outside shower. The path follows the house round via 1 step down and then out through a back gate on to the drive.
