Just a few steps from the harbour and only a few more from Padstow’s shops, pubs and restaurants, you’ll never be far from the action. Towering windows make the harbour views here the main event, with its open-plan kitchen, breakfast bar and living space, not to mention modern, coastal styling all centred around the panorama that unfolds infront of you. Just try and tear yourself away…
Inside
Open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with an electric oven with gas hob, a fridge freezer (¾ fridge, ¼ freezer), and Nespresso Classic coffee machine in the kitchen area. 32″ SMART TV with SKY (including SKY sports) and DVD player in the lounge area, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a shower room with a shower, washbasin, heated towel rails and WC.

Outside
There is no outside space but the harbour is just across the road.
Parking
Allocated parking for 1 car in the Red Brick Building car park opposite the apartment.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (mixture of feather and synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm

Accessibility
ACCESS: Access is gained straight from the Harbour, up a slight slope and one step to the front door. A small step down takes you in to the entrance hall and there are then 13 steps that take you up to the apartment.
INSIDE: The accommodation is then all on one level and comprises of an open plan kitchen/living room, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, shower room with shower, WC & basin.
