Access is gained straight from the Harbour, up a slight slope and one step to the front door. A small step down takes you in to the entrance hall and there are then 13 steps that take you up to the apartment.
The accommodation is then all on one level and comprises of an open plan kitchen/living room, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, shower room with shower, WC & basin.
The nearest payphone is outside the Custom House in Padstow. The nearest bus stop is at the bottom of Station Road next to the Council carpark.
