After a day of building sandcastles and splashing in the sea, kick off your flip flops to settle in the garden with a glass of wine whilst the kids use up their last stores of energy running around on the lawn.
Ground Floor
Separate lounge with Smart TV, DVD player and radio.
Open plan kitchen / diner / sun-lounge. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and wine cooler. Breakfast bar with seating for 2

Parking for 2 cars at the end of the garden.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (mixture of feather and synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 17:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
There is a travel cot and a highchair provided (please bring your own linen).

The property has gas central heating and underfloor heating on the ground level.

From the sun-lounge there is 1 step down to the back garden.
FIRST FLOOR: Up 14 steps to the first floor there is 2 double bedrooms, 1 bunk room and family bathroom all on one level.
SECOND FLOOR: Up 13 steps to the second floor there is a double bedroom with a shower room.
OUTSIDE: 1 step down from the sun-lounge onto the patio, 1 step up to the summerhouse and 3 steps up to the back gate through to the parking area for 2 large cars.
