Twist and turn down Cornish lanes and wind your way along the coast. Here, perched high above Porthcothan Bay, you’ll find Gull Cottage– modern, spacious and moments from the beach.
If you fancy a day at home, watch the kids hit the surf from your armchair in the conservatory or cosy up with a book in the study. However, if the Cornish air is calling cut along your private pathway across cliffs to the coastpath, or hop in the car and head out – without moments you’re in the wilds of North Cornwall. Unbeatable.
Ground Floor
An entrance hallway leading to a kitchen with electric oven and hob, double fridge with large freezer drawer at the bottom, the dining area and a living room with Smart TV , a seating area with stunning sea views and study area. There is also a utility room and shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
First Floor
From the landing there are 4 bedrooms, 2 with en-suites and a family shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: Master double bedroom (5ft bed) with en-suite bath, washbasin and WC, a dressing area and a balcony.
Bedroom 2: Double bedroom (5ft bed) with en-suite shower, WC and washbasin and a balcony.
Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom (3ft beds) with a balcony.
Bedroom 4: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)
Outside
Large gardens, patio with table and chairs/benches.
There is an outside wet-room for changing after the beach.
Parking
There is parking at the property for 2 cars.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 17:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
There is a highchair in the property.

Heating
There is central heating throughout, underfloor heating and a wood burner in the lounge (please bring your own logs).

WIFI & Broadband is available.

Accessibility
ACCESS: Access is gained from the parking area there is a gate through to a footpath and a total of 2 steps down to the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: 1 step over the door frame takes you inside to the hallway with doors leading off to the study and living room, kitchen, shower room and utility room.
FIRST FLOOR: From the hallway, 13 steps take you up to the first floor where there are 2 twin bedrooms, a master double room with en-suite bath with shower overhead, washbasin and WC and a second double bedroom with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC. Both double bedrooms and one twin bedroom have one step over a doorway onto a balcony.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the lounge area, there is a patio door with one step over the door leading to the higher patio, 4 steps down to the lower patio and an additional 4 steps down to the lawn. Walking around the side of the house from the front door, there is one step to the front patio and 4 steps from the patio down to the front lawn. There is also one step over each doorway into the wetroom and storage area.
