Sat above a shop in the heart of the old town, Gulland is a wonderful quayside penthouse vantage point, for watching boats bob on the horizon or experiencing the thrum of the town. Simply pull up the sash windows to let the scent of fresh sea air and town buzz drift in. With a relaxed design, and, treasure of treasures, a private parking spot, holidays at Gulland are a breeze.

Inside
A first-floor apartment with an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area with an electric oven and hob, a standard size fridge and a table top freezer.  A 50″ ‘SMART’ television and an electric fire in the lounge area, a double bedroom with 40″ television, and a bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (6ft bed)

Parking
One allocated parking space in the North Quay car park.

Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time:   From 15:00pm
Departure Time:    By 10:00am

Heating
There are electric heaters throughout the apartment plus an electric fire in the lounge.

WIFI & Broadband is available.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this.

Gas / electric are included in your holiday.

There is a shared garden at the back of the apartment block, please take care as it is quite steep and not all on one level.

Accessibility

ACCESS: From the road up 2 steps into the lobby area. Down one small step over main door threshold. Turn right and up 2 steps, then 14 to apartment door.

INSIDE: Over door threshold then the apartment is all on one level with door threshold to open living area, bedroom and bathroom.

OUTSIDE: To the communal garden area, you go through the back door from the main lobby and turn right.  Up 38 steps (these are steep and uneven in places) to the grass area.  This is not enclosed.
