Harlyn is a home away from home. This apartment is an ideal cosy corner to unwind, spend time with your loved ones, or rekindle that forgotten romance. Nestled within the vibrant streets of Padstow, Harlyn provides you with that Cornish, seaside feel you so desperately desire when visiting this beautiful part of England. First floor apartment contained on one floor :
Open plan kitchen/diner/living area, comprising induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and Amazon Alexa.
There is seating for four people and a Smart-View TV, with Netflix connected.
Bedroom 1: Super-king sized bed, with zip and link.(Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like a double or two single beds)
Bedroom 2: Twin room, with two 3ft single beds. Smart-View TV with Netflix
Both bedrooms have USB ports integrated into the power sockets, adjacent to the beds.
Bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin, large illuminated mirror, heated towel rail, and automatic night light.
Outside
Outside seating communal area shared by other apartments.
There is also a cold outdoor shower.
Parking
The property does not have any parking, at an additional cost a pass can be obtained from one of the Council Car Parks, please find the link here.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (anti-allergenic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

ACCESS: Three steps up to the front door of the apartment. One step into the building. There is an electronic keypad to enter the building, and another keypad on the front door of the apartment.
THE APARTMENT: 13 steps up to the apartment. Inside, the apartment is all one level with one double room with a zip-link double and a twin bedroom with a TV. There is a shower room with WC and basin. There is also an open kitchen diner with a Smart TV with Netflix.
OUTSIDE: There is an outdoor communal area which is shared by all apartments which is slate floor and outdoor seating.

“Fabulous flat. Decorated to a high standard, with everything you need. Well supplied kitchen. Great shower. Comfy beds. So close to the harbour and all the shops, we had delicious pastries for breakfast and the Cornish pasties at The Chough Bakery were by far the best. Best of all was the team at Harbour Holidays, particularly Katrina, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good one. They are very responsive, and super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this property.”
“Location is 10/10 - right in padstow. Sadly no parking included but there’s unrestricted free parking nearby Very clean apartment, and fully equipped kitchen! We made some lovely family dinners and had everything we needed.”
