ACCESS: The parking space is located in one of the town council car parks. A parking pass is located within the property on arrival. Please note spaces are not guaranteed. Three steps up to the front door of the apartment. One step into the building. There is an electronic keypad to enter the building, and another keypad on the front door of the apartment.
THE APARTMENT: 13 steps up to the apartment. Inside, the apartment is all one level with one double room with a zip-link double and a twin bedroom with a TV. There is a shower room with WC and basin. There is also an open kitchen diner with a Smart TV with Netflix.
OUTSIDE: There is an outdoor communal area which is shared by all apartments which is slate floor and outdoor seating.
HEATING: The house has under floor heating and a thermostat in each room where the heating can be controlled.
NB: The nearest payphone is outside the Custom House in Padstow. The nearest bus stop is at the bottom of Station Road next to the Council carpark.
Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this. Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month

Open plan kitchen/living room/dining room with an electric oven and hob. There is an Amazon Alexa available also. There is a Super King bedroom with a zip-link bed, a twin bedroom, and a toilet and shower with WC.

There is also a cold outdoor shower.

A parking permit for use in one of the 2 council car parks is included with your booking, this is for one car only and details of this will be sent with your directions.
From 01 April 2020
From this date Cornwall Council will not be offering parking permits so parking passes will not be included with your booking, information on parking in Padstow will now be sent to you with your pre-arrival details sent 5 days before your arrival or please click here for further details.
Linen and towels are provided, linen changed weekly.
Please bring your own beach towels.
