Light floods from skylights across the country kitchen, while slate floors lead across dining spaces into roomy yet cosy living areas. Pop a cork in the outdoor seating area, stick a tune on the stereo, or take to the maple dining table to hatch holiday plans over a lively dinner. Quality and detail spread upstairs across two comfortable and stylish bedrooms. Run a bubble-filled bath before wrapping yourself in a heated towel fresh from the rail. Bliss.

Kitchen/diner with an electric oven and induction hob and a full height fridge/freezer (2/3 fridge / 1/3 freezer) & Nespresso Machine. Living room with 50″ Smart TV, DVD player & BOSE blue tooth speaker and a large modern bathroom with bath and a separate shower cubicle, WC, heated towel rails and washbasin.
First Floor
1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom

Patio area with seating.
Parking
There is one allocated parking space outside the property.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (mixture of feather and synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
There is a travel cot in the property, please bring your own linen.

Accessibility
ACCESS: There is one parking space for the cottage situated right outside and a chain barrier across the car park for security. From here there are 5 steps down into the courtyard at the front of the property with table and chairs.
GROUND FLOOR: One step up takes you inside the property and on the first floor is the kitchen/diner, living room and bathroom.
FIRST FLOOR: There are 15 steps up a narrow staircase that take you up to the second floor with 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom.
OUTSIDE: There is an enclosed courtyard at the front of the property that has a table and chairs.
