With the estuary sands just a short walk away, you can paddle, swim or bob about to your heart’s content. 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath with hand held shower, washbasin and WC.

Parking
The property does not have any parking, at an additional cost a pass can be obtained from one of the Council Car Parks, please find the link here.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 15:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
There is a stairgate, travel cot and high chair at the property, please bring your own linen for the cot.

Accessibility
ACCESS: From the main road there is 1 step, a small path and then a further 2 steps into the house.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside the house on the ground floor there is a lounge, dining room, kitchen and separate WC with washbasin and the house is all on one level with the exception of one step between the kitchen and dining area.
FIRST FLOOR: 14 stairs will then take you to the top floor with a double and a twin as well as a bathroom with a bath with a hand held shower, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE: Back downstairs, from the kitchen there is 1 step over the threshold onto the patio with 1 further step to the top level of this and 3 steps down to the gate at the bottom. Through the gate there is access along an alleyway to the main road (this is also access to other houses).
