ACCESS: From the main road there is 1 step, a small path and then a further 2 steps into the house.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside the house on the ground floor there is a lounge, dining room, kitchen and separate WC with washbasin and the house is all on one level with the exception of one step between the kitchen and dining area.
FIRST FLOOR: 14 stairs will then take you to the top floor with a double and a twin as well as a bathroom with a bath with a hand held shower, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE: Back downstairs, from the kitchen there is 1 step over the threshold onto the patio with 1 further step to the top level of this and 3 steps down to the gate at the bottom. Through the gate there is access along an alleyway to the main road (this is also access to other houses).
