Blending character and style, in a rose-fronted, five star holiday find, Hillside is somewhere extra special. Pull together big breakfasts and dig-into dinners in the large modern kitchen-diner, where a double stove, real wood worktops and quality finishes add more flavour to every meal. Slate floors lead you through to a smart and inviting living room, where stylish sofas beg you to spend long evenings, or step outside to the elevated patio deck, where you can serve up supper in the evening’s golden light. At Hillside, every day feels five star.
Ground Floor
A kitchen/diner with an electric oven and gas hob, an American style fridge/freezer (2/3 fridge, 1/3 freezer) and a television. A lounge with TV, DVD player and a woodburner and a separate cloakroom with washbasin and WC.
First Floor
Two double bedrooms. 1 twin bedroom, one bathroom with a bath with a hand held shower, washbasin (this bathroom has a sloping ceiling) and WC and a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (5ft bed)
Bedroom 2: A double bedroom (5ft bed)
Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom (3ft beds) with a sloping ceiling
Outside
A garden/patio area which is mostly paved.
Parking
One allocated parking space in the North Quay car park.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

The property has gas central heating and a wood-burner in the lounge.

Accessibility
ACCESS: From the main road there are 8 steps (quite steep) to the main pavement outside the house. From the pavement there are then 3 steps into the hallway.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside the house on the ground floor there is a lounge, kitchen/diner and cloackroom with washbasin and WC which is all on one level.
FIRST FLOOR: 11 stairs will then take you to the 1st floor where there is a twin bedroom, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms – one with a bath, washbasin and WC and one with a shower, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE: From the ground floor, there is one step from either the lounge or the kitchen into the garden/patio and in the garden there are 7 steps up to the top patio area, these steps are uneven.
