A period property with a healthy dose of charm, Honey Cottage is a side lane treasure. Hidden away from the main street in the old part of town, this property puts a modern twist on its original features. So whether you’re washing Cornish new potatoes in the deep basin sink, or polishing off a bottle of red around the table under wooden beams, every inch of Honey Cottage builds a sense of true coastal character.
Ground Floor
A kitchen/dining area with an Everhot oven and hob, a fridge/freezer (¾ fridge, ¼ freezer), dishwasher and a ‘Nespresso’ machine (bring your own pods) and a lounge with a TV and DVD player and a wood burner.
First Floor (Split level)
1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom and a family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, WC and washbasin. There are glimpses of the estuary from some of the bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4ft 6” bed).
Bedroom 2: A twin room (3ft beds)
Bedroom 3: A single room (3ft bed)
Outside
Very small yard area.
Parking
The property does not have any parking, at an additional cost a pass can be obtained from one of the Council Car Parks, please find the link here.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 17:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

Heating
There is central heating throughout and a wood burner in the lounge, please bring your own logs.

GROUND FLOOR: 4 steps from the lounge take you up into the kitchen/dining area where there are double doors out to a tiny pebbled yard area where the bins are stored.
FIRST FLOOR: 12 steps up take you to the first floor with double bedroom and twin bedroom.
SECOND FLOOR: Another 4 steps take you up to the second floor where there is a single bedroom and bathroom with bath and shower above, WC and basin.
OUTSIDE: From the kitchen you can access the small courtyard garden out the back.
