Jasmine Cottage claims a spot in our sought-after ‘old town’, and offers character in abundance. Delight in the beams overhead and slate floor underfoot, open the sash windows and welcome in the salty breeze and sound of gulls wheeling. Lose an afternoon with a bottle and a good book in the garden, or take in the town before retreating to the comfort of every modern convenience, top quality furnishings and an attention to detail that feels more than just a little special.
Ground Floor
Kitchen/dining room with an electric oven with a gas hob and a fridge/freezer (1/2 fridge, 1/2 freezer) and living room with TV and DVD player.
First Floor
1 kingsize bedroom with TV, 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath with shower overhead, washbasin and WC plus a separate WC.
Bedroom 1: A kingsize bedroom (5ft bed)
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)
Second floor (attic room)
1 twin bedroom with TV (NB. The stairs leading up are very steep).

Parking
The property does not have any parking, at an additional cost a pass can be obtained from one of the Council Car Parks, please find the link here.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (all pillows and duvets are synthetic except the double bedroom duvet which is feather).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
There is a travel cot (no linen provided) and highchair at Jasmine Cottage.

ACCESS:There are 2 steps up to the front door of the property.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside, on the ground floor there is a kitchen/dining room and sitting room with TV /DVD with a selection of DVDs and board games. There is also a CD/radio player with I pod dock.
FIRST FLOOR: 11 steps take you up to the first floor where there is a king size bed, a twin room with 2 x 3’ beds and a bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle, WC and basin and also a separate WC and basin.
SECOND FLOOR: A further 11 steps take you up to another twin room in the attic with 2 x 3’ beds. (NB. The stairs leading up are very steep).
OUTSIDE: From the kitchen there is a back door leading down one step to the back garden with 17 steps leading up to the patio. The garden is shared with the next door cottage and there is a bench table seating 6.
