Open plan lounge/dining area with 32″ Smart TV in the lounge and kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer in the kitchen, fridge size 3/4 and freezer 1/4.

First Floor
One double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a family shower room with a walk-in overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4ft 6” bed)
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)

Outside
A decked area with table and chairs and sea/estuary views.

Parking
One allocated parking space.

Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.

Accessibility

ACCESS: From the parking area, if you turn right, there are 3 steps down to a path, 1 additional step to the front door. Turn left from the parking area and there are 3 steps and an additional 4 steps down to a path which leads to the front door.

GROUND FLOOR: 1 step over the door frame takes you inside to the porch area and then takes you into the open plan living/dining room and kitchen.

FIRST FLOOR:  From the living area 13 steps take you up to the first floor where there is 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with walk in shower, WC & basin.

OUTSIDE: From the kitchen there is a door leading from here with 1 step over onto the top decked area. An additional 5 big steps take you to the lower area which leads to the back gate.
