Nestled in the heart of Padstow, Lobcray Cottage places you just moments from the bustling harbour, where you can watch the boats or indulge in local delicacies. Inside, the open-plan layout and comfortable bedrooms provide a cosy, welcoming space to recharge. Ground Floor
Lounge with 42″ TV, open plan kitchen / diner with electric oven & induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, separate wine fridge. There is a washing machine in the outhouse.
First Floor
One double bedroom with en-suite, one double bedroom and one single room. Family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC and washbasin.

Parking
There is parking for one car at the property.

Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

ACCESS: From the parking space there is a gentle slope down and 2 steps up to the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: The ground floor is all on one level with 1 step over the patio door to the garden.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 steps take you up to the first floor then all on one level.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the kitchen there is one step up out to the enclosed garden. There are 5 steps to the main patio and 1 large step up to the table and benches.

“Fabulous stay in Lobcray cottage. The location is fantastic, right in the centre of Padstow but a couple of streets back from the main hubbub. The cottage is brilliantly laid out and decorated and everything was new: we felt like the first guests. Having parking and outdoor space is also a major plus point. We would love to return and would definitely recommend.”
