Marshall Barn offers the more tranquil of North Cornwall, yet is so close to Padstow and the beautiful bays and beaches of Trevone, Treyarnon and Harlyn.
Enjoy the morning views through the bedroom windows, pull back the sheets, tread the oak floorboards, and step outside for your morning coffee on the south facing patio. After a day exploring the area, relax back at Marshall Barn, either in front of the wood burner or out on the private rear courtyard watching the day draw to a close. Just a couple of minutes stroll back up the private drive, between the vines and the apple orchard, is the Trivibban Winery, a lovely place to visit. Here you can enjoy their fine wines with stunning views over the vineyard or pop downstairs to eat at Barnaby's restaurant.

Ground Floor
A kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, pod coffee machine, and a large fridge freezer (1/2 fridge, 1/2 freezer) and a lounge with 46″ TV/SKYQ, DVD player and Soundbar with Bluetooth. There is a downstairs toilet and door leading directly to rear courtyard garden.
First Floor
1 kingsize bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, 1 twin/double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 1: A kingsize bedroom (5ft bed) with 43″ TV/SKYQ and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (2ft 6” beds) with a 34″ smart tv and an en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC, please note that the twin beds can be used as a kingsize double or zip and link, if you would like this then please let us know at the time of booking.
Outside
Patio at the front with rattan table and chairs, courtyard garden at the rear with rattan table and chairs and Weber charcoal BBQ.
Parking
Parking is available, 1 space near the house and 1 in the communal parking area
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
There is a high chair and a travel cot for guests use, please bring your own linen.
If you need to hire any further equipment either for the beach or your holiday home, or would like a babysitter please click here for details of who you can contact.
Heating
The property has central heating throughout, there is also a wood burner in the living room. (Please bring your own logs for the fire).
WIFI
WIFI & Broadband is available.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this.

Accessibility
ACCESS: There is a parking space for the property at the front of the development. From here you walk across a paved area then up a path to the left with lawn either side, up one step onto a patio area and then two steps up in through the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside the property ground floor is all one level.
FIRST FLOOR: 12 steps take you up to the first floor which is all on one level.
OUTSIDE: From the kitchen there is a door which is level onto a courtyard at the rear of the property with table and chairs. There is also a path and one step up leading from here to the front of the house.
