Just four miles from the seagulls and fishing boats of Padstow, sits Marshall Barn. Watching the trees sway in the wind while you browse the book shelf and settle in for a night on the sofa. Filling up on bacon butties in the bright, lightwood kitchen before setting out to explore the surrounding countryside. Driving out to the nearby bays then tucking into takeaway fish and chips. Welcome to your countryside home from home – where weeklong holidaying means making life-long memories.
Just a couple of minutes stroll from Marshall is Trevibban Mill, historically the home of a miller and his family, the land is now the home to vines, apple trees and native English Southdown sheep, a lovely place to visit for a bite to eat or just for a spot of wine tasting…
Ground Floor
A kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, Nespresso Virtuo coffee machine, and a fridge freezer (1/2 fridge, 1/2 freezer) and a lounge with 46″ TV/SKYQ with Sports and Cinema packages, DVD player and Soundbar with Bluetooth.
First Floor
1 kingsize bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, 1 twin/double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 1: A kingsize bedroom (5ft bed) with 32″ TV/SKYQ and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (2ft 6” beds) with a 22″ TV/DVD player and an en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC, please note that the twin beds can be used as a zip and link kingsize double, if you would like this then please let us know at the time of booking.
Outside
Patio at the front with rattan table and chairs, patio garden at the rear with rattan table and chairs and Weber charcoal BBQ.
Parking
Parking is available, 1 space near the house and 1 in the communal parking area
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
There is a high chair and a travel cot for guests use, please bring your own linen.

Heating
The property has central heating throughout, there is also a wood burner in the living room. (Please bring your own logs for the fire).

WIFI & Broadband is available.

Accessibility
ACCESS: There is a parking space for the property at the front of the development. From here you walk across a paved area then up a path to the left with lawn either side, up one step onto a patio area and then two steps up in through the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside the property there is a tiny step up onto a wooden floor and then all one level.
FIRST FLOOR: 12 steps take you up to the first floor which is all on one level.
OUTSIDE: From the living room/kitchen there is a narrow door which leads out down one step onto a courtyard at the rear of the property with table and chairs. There is also a path and one step up leading from here to the front of the house.
