Set outside the main hubbub of the town, just a stroll from the hustle and bustle of the harbour and a short drive from the sands of the ‘Seven Bays’, Meadow View is an ideal base for explorers. Get your bike riding legs ready and explore the breath-taking views of the cycle route, following the length of the estuary along the Camel Trail. As evening comes around, whip up dinner in the modern kitchen then curl up on the sofas and relive your action packed days.
Ground Floor
Lounge with Smart TV and kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob and a fridge/freezer (2/3 fridge, 1/3 freezer) and a second Smart TV.
First Floor
A double and a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4ft 6″ bed) with a distant glimpse of the Estuary.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)
Outside
A small front patio with a bench and a rear patio garden with table and chairs.
Parking
Communal parking for 1 car.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

Accessibility
ACCESS: From the pavement, there is a pathway down to the front door taking in 4 steps and then three steps up and one step over the front door into the lounge area.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor there is a kitchen/diner and living room which are all on one level.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 steps take you upstairs to 1 double bedroom (4.6ft bed), 1 twin bedroom (3ft) and a bathroom with bath and shower above, basin and WC.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the dining area there is one step over the doorway into the garden with table and chairs. There are also 2 steps from the pathway at the front of the house to a small patio area with a bench.

“June 2025- We have been to Padstow a number of times but can honestly say that our time in Meadow view has been the best! The week has flown past but we have crammed so much in that the whole layout was just right and the cosy evenings after hectic day, sitting together watching some Disney film, was perfect. The Location was spot on and close to both the harbour and route in/out of Padstow. The cottage was clean and modern, meeting all of our needs, we were a party of 4 but the place never felt cramped. The bonus also being the lovely garden area which was a sun trap! we will defiantly be returning ( might be sooner rather than later ) and would recommend to family and friends! Thankyou for a lovely week!”
