Sat above a shop right on the harbour, it puts you just moments from the action – so you’re just a few steps from home if you need a napkin for ice-cream-caked cheeks or lotion for vulnerable shoulders. And if you fancy spreading your wings a little, the parking space makes adventuring even easier. After a day getting to know Padstow, while away your evenings with a glass of wine in the bath. Lush.
Inside
A top floor apartment (all four windows on the top floor of the building) with an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. 50″ ‘SMART’ TV and an electric fire, kitchen with an electric oven and hob, and an under counter fridge and separate freezer, a double bedroom with 40″ television, a twin bedroom and bathroom with a bath with a separate shower, washbasin and WC.

A rooftop terrace with small table and chairs.
Parking
One allocated parking space in the North Quay car park.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 15:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

Heating
There is electric heating and an electric remote controlled fire in the lounge.

WIFI & Broadband is available.

There is a shared garden at the back of the apartment block, please take care as it is quite steep and not all on one level.

ACCESS: From the road up two step into the lobby area. Down one small step over main door threshold. Turn right and up two step, then up 29 steps to the apartment door.
INSIDE: Door threshold into the property, then the apartment is all on one level with a door threshold to open living area, bedrooms and bathroom.
OUTSIDE: Access to the outside roof top area is from the double bedroom, down one small step from the door.
