Just a short stroll into the bustling Padstow town and Harbour, or if you are feeling more energetic, hire some bikes and cycle the Camel Estuary Trail. Pilchards is a home from home, and with your own parking space you can set off for the day exploring the seven beautiful bays close by, or go further afield to see some of Cornwall’s iconic landmarks.
Ground Floor
Open plan lounge with TV, sofa and chairs, kitchen with electric oven and hob, washing machine, 3/4 fridge freezer and dishwasher and diner with seating for 4.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom (4″6 bed) with built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom (3″ beds) with built in wardrobe.
Family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC and washbasin.
Outside
Patio and garden furniture which leads down to a small grass area.
Parking
There is an allocated parking space.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

Accessibility
ACCESS: From the parking space you go through the back garden gate up 10 steps to the patio and then a further 2 steps through the back door.
From the front entrance you take 1 step over through the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: There is an open plan living / kitchen / dining area all on one level.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 steps up take you to the first floor where you will find one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and one family bathroom all on one level.
OUTSIDE: From the dining area you take two steps down to the patio area and then further down the stepped path is the grass area. 10 steps take you to the bottom of the garden to the back gate.
