Porthcothan Cottage will cater for your every summer holiday wish, whether it being relaxing in the garden, enjoying the delightful mix of countryside and coast, or taking a trip out to nearby Padstow for fish & chips on the Harbour.
Sit back and watch the kids play in the extensive garden, or take a walk down to the beach for building sandcastles and jumping waves….this is one property you will not want to leave!
Ground Floor
Kitchen and utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, gas oven and hob, and a large American style fridge freezer. Two dining areas and two living rooms, one with 42″ Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker. Separate WC with washbasin.
First Floor
Two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, one bathroom with bath, separate rainfall shower, WC & washbasin, and a further shower room with shower and washbasin, a separate WC. There is an additional spare room which could be used as a cot room.
Bedroom 1: Superking bed (6ft)

Outside
There is a front lawn and a large back garden with seating.
Please note there is an unfenced pond adjacent to the front garden so care must be taken with children and pets.
Parking
The property has parking for 4 cars directly outside the house.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

The property has gas central heating.
WIFI
WIFI & Broadband is available.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this.

Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update.
Gas / electric are included in your holiday.
No smoking.
Please note there is an unfenced pond adjacent to the front garden so care must be taken with children and pets.
Dogs to be kept downstairs.
Access to the beach is via a public footpath situated at the bottom of the lane adjacent to the cottage.
The separate annex building is not part of the holiday let and is not in use by any other party.

Accessibility
ACCESS: Access is gained from the driveway with 1 step over the threshold.
GROUND FLOOR: The ground floor is all on one level with a slope down from the kitchen to the dining area. From the dining area there is 1 step over to the back garden.
FIRST FLOOR: There are 13 steps up from the ground floor up to the first floor, then all on one level. Some steps are uneven.
OUTSIDE: There is a slope up from the back garden door up to the lawn.
