Set in the grounds of the former Padstow School and just a quick wander away from the famous harbourside shops, pubs and restaurants, this cottage-style property has all the family comforts you’ll need as well as it been recently updated with new sofa furnishings, bedding and pictures throughout. Hop in the car ready for a day exploring the nearby Seven Bays, or just enjoy a cosy afternoon snuggled up on the sofa with a good book. It’s your holiday after all.
Ground Floor
Kitchen, lounge/dining room and WC with washbasin. Kitchen has a electric oven and gas hob, fridge (1/2 size) and freezer (1/2 size), Coffee Machine Nespresso Vertuo plus (Vertuo capsules), milk warmer.
First Floor
Double bedroom, a twin bedroom and bathroom with bath with an overhead shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1: A King Size bedroom (5ft bed)
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)
Outside
Courtyard garden to the rear. Webber charcoal BBQ, outside storage unit, outdoor cushions and outdoor tap with hose.
Parking
Allocated parking for one car plus visitor parking when available.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
A travel cot is available at Rockaway Beach (please bring your own linen).

Accessibility
ACCESS: From the car park, there are 2 steps down, take a turning to the right down 6 more steps, a turning to the left down 6 steps, there is then a path followed by 3 steps, another section of path and on the right is Rockaway Beach.
GROUND FLOOR: There is 1 small step over the front doorway and then the ground floor is all on one level with the exception of one small door lip leading from the hallway into the kitchen.
FIRST FLOOR: 12 stairs will take you to the first floor where there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE: Leading from the lounge there is a door taking you down 2 steps into the courtyard garden and one step up to the decking.
