Formerly part of the period residence Rosehill House, this cottage welcomes you the moment you step inside. Blending modern style with original features throughout, the open plan ground floor is a highlight – making for many a convivial evening as you cook, eat and relax together, indoors around the family dining table, or outside in the stonewalled, courtyard.
Ground Floor
Kitchen/diner/lounge. Kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge & table top freezer, washer-dryer. Bathroom with bath with a shower above, washbasin and WC.
First Floor
Enter via first floor: 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with wooden floors.
Bedroom 1: Double 4ft6″ bed
Bedroom 2: Twin 3ft beds
Outside
Enclosed courtyard garden with table and chairs.
Parking
The property does not have any parking, at an additional cost a pass can be obtained from one of the Council Car Parks, please find the link here.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 15:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

There is central heating throughout and a wood burning stove in the dining area.

Care must be taken with children and the elderly – stairs in this property are very steep.
The correct postcode for Rosehill Cottage is PL28 8FR but unfortunately Google Maps do not display the correct location with this postcode we have therefore used PL28 8BA for a closer location. Rosehill Cottage is on Tregirls Lane in between High Street and Fentonluna Lane.

Accessibility
ACCESS: From Ruthy’s Lane, there are 2 steps up and over the doorway into a small hall. Leading off the hall is a double bedroom to the right and then up one step to the left is the family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC. Continuing on from here you will find the kitchen and one step up to the lounge.
FIRST FLOOR: 9 steps up to the first floor then 1 large step on the left leading to the twin bedroom and 2 steps to the right leading to the double bedroom. Please take care on the stairs as they are quite steep.
OUTSIDE: There is a back door leading to a small courtyard with one step up and over.
