Living room with log burner and 43″ Smart TV. Open plan kitchen/diner which leads out to the courtyard. Kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine (pods not supplied). Wine Cooler.
Garden annex with utility items, washing machine and tumble dryer.
First Floor
1 double bedroom, bathroom with bath with overhead shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail, 1 king size bedroom with an en-suite shower room with shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2: A king size bedroom (5ft bed) with en-suite shower, WC, washbasin.
Second Floor

All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

The property has central heating throughout and there is a log burner in the living room (please bring your own logs for the fire).

SECOND FLOOR: A further 12 steps take you up to the second floor then all on one level.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the dining area there are large patio doors leading out over 1 step to the patio/courtyard. 2 steps up from here take you out to the road and parking area.
