Whatever the weather, Sandy’s Flat is simply stunning! The perfect Padstow pad - a very stylish, crisp, contemporary apartment right on the Harbour with the most glorious panoramic views across the Camel Estuary to Rock.
From sunrise until sunset this stupendous view of sea and sky is forever changing and constantly fascinating, see the actual photographs from the living room window (all the views above!). A quiet and sunny roof terrace for sunbathing and dining and allocated parking just steps away on North Quay too – win-win!
Inside
A kitchen with an electric oven and induction hob, a fridge/freezer (½ fridge, ½ freezer) and a Nespresso machine (bring your own pods), a lounge/dining room with 40″ UHD TV and UHD DVD recorder, 1 double bedroom and a shower room with washbasin and WC.

Shared patio area with table and chairs.
Parking
There is one allocated parking space in the North Quay car park opposite the flat.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (mixture of feather and synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

Access to the apartment is shared via a passageway and an external slatted stairwell. Please take care with children, elderly or infirm on this stairwell.
Caution: the enclosed patio has railings but there is a drop on the other side.

Accessibility
ACCESS: Access is gained straight from North Quay, up 3 steps and through a gate into an alleyway which leads up 2 further steps round to the back of the buildings.
There are then 12 steps up a steel staircase (with a handrail) that leads to another gate and 1 step up onto the patio area at the rear of the apartments where there is a table and chairs plus a border area with pot plants to separate the two apartments.
INSIDE: Sandy’s Flat is to the left and there are 2 steps up inside the property which comprises of a kitchen, lounge/dining area, double bedroom (5ft) and shower room with WC all on one level.
