Sea Meadows is ideally positioned on the quieter outskirts of Padstow town yet within an easy stroll of the sweeping golden sand beaches and the delights of the harbour with its many waterfront foodie hot spots. Offering a cosy, sunny interior and a charming Cornish vibe, this is a home for all seasons.
Welcoming and dog-friendly for up to 4 guests, the calming interiors seamlessly blend cool greys, misty blues and warm sand tones to create a soft, sea inspired colour palette that encourages restfulness and togetherness. This is a home where slow mornings are best spent sipping frothy coffees buried under luxury linens and breakfasts of cinnamon dusted French toast and fresh berries are lingered over before stepping into the day.
With far-flung views across rolling meadows and beyond, this home makes the utmost of the breathtaking Cornish landscape in which it sits. Flaunting Mediterranean-inspired coastal gardens peppered with olive trees that whisper gently in the ocean breeze and show stopping sundown displays that blaze across verdant countryside. Enjoy al fresco G&Ts with blankets tightly wrapped around shoulders as stars bejewel the night sky for unforgettable evenings by moonlight and ensure to indulge in your complimentary Cornish cream tea whilst soaking in the sights and sounds only a stay in Padstow can bring. You will be back year after year.

Kitchen with an electric oven, hob and Nespresso coffee maker (please bring your own pods), a built in fridge/freezer (1/2 fridge, 1/2 freezer) and a living room with Smart Television and bluetooth speaker.
First Floor
1 double and 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath with a shower above, WC and washbasin

Outside
The fenced front garden has been professionally landscaped and is planted with sleeper bench on the upper level and dining table and chairs on the patio at the lower level.
To the side of the property is an enclosed, suntrap, fenced patio area with wooden picnic bench and countryside views.
Parking
Allocated private parking for 1 car.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

Accessibility
ACCESS: As you enter Sarah’s view there is a parking area with one space for Sea Meadows. From here, there are 6 steps down to the front door then 2 steps up and over the doorway into the house.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside the ground floor with its lounge/kitchen/dining area is all on one level.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 stairs take you to the first floor with its double bedroom, twin bedroom and a family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: Back out the front door there is a small patio to the side of the house with table and chairs.
