ACCESS: Outside the property there is a driveway with parking. The main access is via the front door and from the drive there is 1 step on the pathway to the property and a further 3 steps up to the front door, with one step over this into the hallway.
INSIDE: As this property is a bungalow, all rooms are on the ground floor and these comprise of a kitchen, lounge/dining room,1 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, a bathroom with bath, overhead shower and washbasin and a separate WC and washbasin. The only steps in the house are a small door lip between the hallway and kitchen and another from the hallway into the bathroom.
OUTSIDE: The rear of the property is accessed either around the side of the house which comprises of a slope and 3 steps taking you to the lawn or through the back door which is a step over the door with 3 steps down to the lower patio, a further 3 steps down to the top level of the lawn and a further 5 steps to the lower level of the lawn, there is also a top patio at the back of the house and this is 3 steps up from the back door.
