Outside the property there is a driveway with parking. The main access is via the front door and from the drive there is 1 step on the pathway to the property and a further 3 steps up to the front door, with one step over this into the hallway.
As this property is a bungalow, all rooms are on the ground floor and these comprise of a kitchen, lounge/dining room,1 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, a bathroom with bath, overhead shower and washbasin and a separate WC and washbasin. The only steps in the house are a small door lip between the hallway and kitchen and another from the hallway into the bathroom.
The rear of the property is accessed either around the side of the house which comprises of a slope and 3 steps taking you to the lawn or through the back door which is a step over the door with 3 steps down to the lower patio, a further 3 steps down to the top level of the lawn and a further 5 steps to the lower level of the lawn, there is also a top patio at the back of the house and this is 3 steps up from the back door.
