Whether you spend your days and evenings milling about the town or pull up from an adventure of a day, tumble from the car onto the patio and plot down for the night, Seashells always offers a welcome home.
Ground Floor
Front sitting room with 50″ Smart TV.
Open plan kitchen/diner/living room with patio doors out to garden. In the kitchen there is an electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher and a standard size fridge, and in the living area is a 55″ Smart TV. There is also a utility room with a fridge/freezer (¾ fridge, ¼ freezer) and a separate WC with washbasin.
First Floor
1 double bedroom, 1 bunk bedroom (double lower and single upper bed), and a family bathroom with bath with shower above, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (5ft bed) with washbasin
Bedroom 2: A bunk bedroom (3ft top and 4ft 6” bottom)
Second Floor
1 master bedroom with superking size bed and an en-suite shower room, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 3: A double bedroom (zip & link 6ft bed). Please inform us on booking if you require the bed to be made up as a double or twins.
Outside
There is a garden with table & chairs.
Parking
There is parking for 1 car at the back of the property and on road parking to the front.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
There is a travel cot available, please provide your own linen.

ACCESS: From Glynn Road there is 1 tiny step up through the gate into the front garden with a further 4 steps up inside the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor is the hallway, front lounge, open-plan kitchen/dining room/lounge, utility room and WC with basin.
FIRST FLOOR: Back inside there are 14 steps upstairs to a bathroom with bath/shower above, WC, heated towel rail & basin, a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom with a washbasin,
SECOND FLOOR: There are then a further 13 steps up to the master double bedroom with en-suite shower, WC and washbasin.
OUTSIDE: From the lounge area there are patio doors leading out down 1 step to the rear garden. The garden is flat with a paved patio & path leading through the garden to the garage at the back.
