Bare feet on floorboards, morning coffee with the lounge’s seaside stripes or garden sundowners with a view. However you stack it, this semi-detached barn conversion is ready and waiting to make your holiday happen.

Reverse level living means you’ll come home to beautiful countryside beyond your windows every day. And for a small charge you can use nearby Trevose Golf and Country Club’s pool and tennis courts. It’s a hard life.

This property features a stunning glass-surround balcony, offering seating and breathtaking, distant views over Constantine. Just around the corner, you’ll find The Pig Restaurant, set within one of Cornwall’s most historic buildings – definitely worth a visit.

Ground Floor

1 double bedroom (with patio doors to the rear garden), 1 twin bedroom and an en-suite shower room with washbasin and WC and a family bathroom with a bath with a shower attachment, washbasin and WC.

Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom with 2 single beds (3ft beds) and an en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.

First Floor
Open plan kitchen/diner and living room with a 32″ TV in the lounge area, and an electric oven and hob and a fridge and separate freezer in the kitchen. Please note that the stairs are open so please take care with young children. Distant sea views

Parking
There is parking available at the property.

Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (mixture of feather and synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time:   From 16:00pm
Departure Time:    By 10:00am

Babies & Children
There is a travel cot and booster seat (not a highchair) at the house.  Please provide your own linen for the cot.

Although the postcodes above are correct, unfortunately Google Maps do not display the correct location, Sundance is not in Sandys Lane, it is located opposite the turning to Booby’s Bay and Trevose Head.

Accessibility

ACCESS: The parking area is by the sheds to the left as you drive into the development and there is parking for 1 car. Sundance is the first property on the left.

GROUND FLOOR: There is 1 step up through the front door to the ground floor. On this floor there is 1 x double bedroom with patio doors with 1 step to the back garden, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with en suite shower room and WC and a separate bathroom (bath with shower attachment, WC and basin) third single bedroom is off the twin bedroom.

FIRST FLOOR: 13 steps take you up to the open plan kitchen/diner with sea views and round pine table seating 6 plus the lounge, which also has sea views and 2 sofas. As well as a balcony on the first floor off the kitchen/dining area.

OUTSIDE: Outside to the rear is a small patio area with garden furniture and also an area which is open with the next door property.
