A kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob and standard size fridge and freezer, a lounge with 55″ TV and DVD player, 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with a bath with a hand held shower, a separate shower, washbasin and WC and a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.

Parking is available at the property.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (the duvets on all the beds are feather and there is a mix of feather and synthetic pillows).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 15:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

ACCESS: Access is gained from the driveway there is one step up inside the front door and the house is then all on one level.
GROUND FLOOR: There is a large kitchen/diner, living room with patio doors leading 1 step down out to the garden, master super king bedroom with patio doors leading 1 step down out to the garden, 1 king size bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, a shower room with WC, basin and heated towel rail and a bathroom with separate shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the living room there is patio doors leading 1 step down onto the patio from the patio area there are 3 steps down to the lawn. There is also a back door leading out to the garden down 1 step.
