From the local slate and stone of its rough-hewn walls, to the exposed beams and open fire, this property has character in abundance. Feel like a walk? You’re within a hop and a skip of the local cliff tops and coastal walks to get out and about. And explorers little and large will love the nearby rockpools and outcrops of Booby’s Bay.
Ground Floor
A kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer (¾ fridge, ¼ freezer) and a log burner, a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a shower room with a shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (5ft bed)
Bedroom 2: A bunk bedroom (3ft beds)
Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom (3ft beds) accessed through bedroom 1.
First Floor
A lounge with TV, DVD player and an open fire, a bathroom with bath with an overhead shower washbasin and WC, one bunk bedroom, one twin bedroom and distant sea views.
Bedroom 4: A bunk bedroom (3ft beds)
Bedroom 5: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)
Outside
Large enclosed garden with a picnic table.
Parking
There is ample parking at the property.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

Heating
The property has central heating throughout and a wood burner in the kitchen (please bring your own logs for the fire).

Accessibility
ACCESS: Access is gained through a short lane and a private gate that leads to The Coach House where there is a driveway with ample parking plus an outhouse for storage. Accessed is gained from the bottom door where there is 1 step over the door frame inside.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor there is a kitchen/diner, shower room with WC and basin, 1 bunk bedroom and 1 twin bedroom & 1 Double bedroom.
FIRST FLOOR: 12 steps up a wooden staircase take you up to the first floor where there is a lounge, 1 bunk bedroom, bathroom with bath/shower above, WC and basin and a twin bedroom.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the first floor there is also a door that leads out and down 13 external steps to the driveway. There is a large lawn plus a patio with table and chairs
