Located within seconds of Harlyn Bay this detached bungalow is the perfect bolthole for beach-based family fun. Or you can always stay closer home and sip a little something on the lawn while you gaze out at the big blue.
Anyone for tennis? Serve up an ace on the communal tennis courts or, if golf’s your game you’re within five minutes of nearby Trevose Golf and Country Club with its championship golf course.
Inside
A bungalow with a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, and standard fridge, a separate lounge with a 42″ SMART TV and DVD player and an open fire. Just off the kitchen is a cloakroom with a shower, washbasin and WC and access to the garage with a fridge freezer and washing machine (1/2 fridge and ½ freezer). There are also 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single and a family shower room with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC

All linen and towels are provided (mixture feather and synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 17:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

Accessibility
ACCESS: Access is gained from the gravel drive area which takes you up to The Croft where there is parking right outside.
One step up onto a patio area and then a further step take you in through the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: This property is all on one level and comprises of a kitchen/diner, lounge, bathroom with WC, shower room with WC, 1 single bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 double bedroom there is also 1 step from the garage up to the shower area.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the lounge there are patio doors leading down one tiny step out to a large grassed, open garden which leads down to the cliffs. In the garage there is a washing machine and fridge freezer and there is also a communal tennis court outside.
The garage door is 8 1/2 ft x 13 ft but has storage on one side, the garage is not used for cars.
